- 1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked for 4 hours
- 3 celery sticks, chopped
- 1/2 carrot, chopped
- 1/4 cup olives
- 1/4 sundried tomatoes, soaked for 20 minutes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- handful fresh dill
- Tbs dijon mustard
- pinch red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
Pulse to a coarse chop in processor or high speed blender.
Wrap-collard greens with center stem cut out. Each leaf make 2 wraps. Wrap spoonful of filling with sunflower sprouts, veggie strips (celery, carrot, scallions, cucumber, daikon radish, etc, tomatoes, avocado ( any of your preferences.
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 garlic clove
- fresh herbs ( I like dill, but you can use rosemary, thyme, tarragon, whatever you like
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 2-3 Tbs cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, drizzle into blender until sauce flows freely and liquefies
Place on side or inside wrap
In the video I am using the ingredients that I have on hand. I could have used Roma tomatoes and Italian herbs. the sauce was thinner with the juicier tomatoes but still amazingly delicious. I used cilantro and cumin. You can also use basil, thyme, oregano.
- 1 beet
- 1 zucchini
- 1 yellow squash
Spiralize and squeeze out excess water with paper towels.
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2-3 tomatoes
- handful of fresh herbs
- Tbs dried herbs
- full fat coconut milk (chill overnight, use just the thick cream on top)
- salt and pepper to taste
Liquefy in processor or blender
Pour sauce on the noodles and add fresh veggies and olives. I used 1/2 a red bell pepper and green olives from Trader Joes without vinegar or oil.
I couldn’t sleep last night. i have been juicing during the day and eating one veggie meal for dinner since i broke my fast 3 days ago, so i am feeling light and clear. i have been eliminating well, but I couldn’t sleep last night. Even though I had had 3 bowel movements yesterday, I knew ther was more, so at midnight I got out of bed and gave myself an amazing colonic. I went back to bed and my thoughts continued to race, so I decided to write them down. Here they are:
A mother and child were walking through the woods, enjoying the sound of the birds and the fragrance of the forest. They followed a brightly colored butterly into a meadow of wild flowers. the child ran joyously through the meadow chasing the butterly until she was exhausted and she fell to the grass laughing. Her mother joined her in the grass and they felt the warmth of the sun fill their bodies. the child began playing with the bugs in the grass and found a rusty metal object. What is this Mother?, she asked. It was a bottle cap. The child wanted to know where this came from and what i could have been its use? Her mother told her this story of long ago and far away:
Our ancient ancestors were told that they were free, but in fact, they were the subject to the whims of priests and kings who were all actually money-changers in disguise. They allowed themselves to be convinced that what they were eating, the nuts and berries of the forest and the living fruits and herbs fresh from under the sun, full of life-giving water, were insufficient for energy and health.They began to become numb and fell under the spell of these deceivers and to believe in the teachings of these new leaders. They helped to clear the land of the natural growth and helped to plant foods in a new way. This new way was hard work for them and they soon longed to leave the land and move into huge structures and to trade their time for money from these leaders and the chance to buy the food made for them. Oh, they still did wondrous things and made incredible inventions that were supposed to make their lives easier. But they became slaves to these inventions until they began losing their imaginations completely. They allowed these incredible inventions to destroy the life-giving land, the water and the air around them, turning them poisonous to themselves and their existence.
They began to eat their own animal friends that lived lives of torture and pain. They were eating much more than they had before, convinced that they needed 3 square meals a day of dense protein and nutrient rich foodstuff. Soon, their lean lithe bodies became thick, stiff and brittle, and there quick sharp minds became slow and dull. Their senses became numb until they forgot their power completely and they became easilly controlled and manipulated. They began to believe more and more in the power of their leaders. All of their dreams, hopes and aspirations were changing and diminishing.
They also began to believe the words of these leaders, that they were basically bad and insignificant and that they were doomed and needed the guidance of their leaders in every way, They became beggars of the soul believing that they were nothing if not forgiven for their sins. They totally forgot the truth that they were created in the image of our creator and that we hold the light and the power within us. That we don’t need to ask permission of anyone but ourselves to shine this light.The leaders became stronger and more clever in their disguise of the truth. They created disasters and prophecies of destruction and fear arose in the people so that they were even easier to control than before. They began to believe in these images of the end of the world until they almost made it happen, by not believing in their own light and powers bestowal upon them by the creator. They allowed their power to be held hostage.
They were still giving birth to children full of light in spite every attempt to extinguish that light. Their babies were carried in the wombs of ill and broken mothers stuffing their bellies with mucus and starch and poisoned murdered animals instead of living foods from the sun the water the land and the wind. The living foods of our birthright.
Child birth began to carry with it unbearable pain from these sins against nature until the poor pitiful mother felt the need to ingest and be injected with poisons to numb herself and her unborn child of the light from what is meant to be a glorious blessing in itself. In spite of all of this pain and suffering, the children were still being born full of the light. Unfortunatelly the ignorance of their parents and t heir leaders began to numb them to the truth until by the time they turned 8 years old their rainbow spirits became black and whit like the adults around them.
Many true believers tried and tried to escape this bleack hole of darkness that enveloped them. but they were hopelessly addicted and ensvlaved, blinded to the light. Turning their backs to this way of life was just too hard.
But one day, a prophetess from the forest of the north, a human being still of pristine origin, never subjected to the inventions and teachings of this culture. she still held the light and the power and she was able to spread tales of our birthright throughout the entire world. And the people saw her visions and lovely images as truth. They began to stop believing in the lies of the snake-oil merchants all around them. They soon began to find love and light in the simpler things and in the diminshing nature around them. they began to grow gardens and respect for the land. They stopped eating the flesh of tortured, murdered anumals and the dead boiled foodstuffs from the shelves of the big fancy markets. They returned to the land one by one and the towers in the cities emptied one by one. Their bonds began to break, their light began to shine and the raging waters became calm and clear. The land becan to blossom and they soon realized that heaven is right here where it has always been. They stopped polluting it so it became paradise again
Awaken and release. Those of you who are followers of Natalia Rose are very familiar with this term. If you don’t know what this means, let me tell you: not only is this the basis of the detox lifestyle, it is the key to weight-loss, energy and longevity. What it means is:
1. Disease has weight. Our amazing bodies are constantly attempting to eliminate disease matter.
2. Age has weight. Age is not measured by how many times we have rotated around the sun, but by how much debris and toxicity have we accumulated that we haven’t been able to release.
3. Toxicity has weight. Everything that we eat that is not alkiline, is acidic and it sticks to our tissues and accumulates.
In order to lose all of this excess waste, we have to first awaken the toxins in our system. We do this by flooding our intestines and thereby our bloodstreams with alkalinity. What is this alkalinity you may ask? It is the green juices and the raw water-based plant foods we have been discussing here.
That is the easy part.
Once we have awakened this toxic, acidic matter, how do we release it?
When we are babies and toddlers, if we are lucky, our bodies are able to eliminate the toxic matter that we are taught to ingest. As we get older the body becomes more clogged. It is not equipped to deal with the mass quantities that modern diet involves. Our incredible body stores it in the many open spaces that we originally have, and waits for a time when the influx slows down and it can assimilate these masses. Remember that science taught us that our bodies are designed like our solar system. The spinning atoms in our molecules are like the planets rotating around the sun. This means there is much more space in our bodies than there is matter. In other words there is plenty of room for our bodies to store this sticky gluey waste that was never meant to part of a human diet. The bowels begin to clog and back up and if we are lucky if we are able to eliminate 1 meal a day even though we eat 3 plus snacks plus how much else do we consume every single day.
Our system needs help. Not only do we need to awaken this old waste with hydrating alkine foods and juices, we need to assist the bowel in releasing what we have awakened. We need to familiarize ourselves with enemas and colonics.
Yes I said it.
If you plan to add green juice and salads to your diet for weight-loss and detox, you must assist the bowels in releasing these masses of accumulated waste. I guarantee you will be shocked at how much there is, and it just keeps on coming!

Stop counting calories, fat, protein, carbs & sodium. If you are then you’re worrying about the wrong part of the label. First check the ingredients. Will the body recognize it as food. Will it be digested and assimilated or will it take time and energy for the body to figure out what it is and what to do with it. Keep in mind that water is the key to life and vitality. Our bodies are more than 75% water. Therefore if the foods that we eat are water based and water soluble they are assimilated, digested and easily broken down by our bodies.
Yes meat has more protein than veggies but because of the time and energy it takes the body to glean the good nutrients from the dense dead matter it becomes negligible and dehydrating. Grains may be rich in carbs but are also dry and dense. The body processes them by converting them directly into sugar in the bloodstream. They actually effect the body in exactly the same way as alcohol. You get the carb high then you crash. At what loss of vitality health and longevity is all this difficult processing?
Raw greens may have less protein and carbs than meat or grains but they are water-filled and break down immediately and go straight into the blood with no trouble or loss of energy. In fact they create immediate energy not just a stimulation with a crash later. Meat and grains actually act as a stimulant or poison in the system.
When I check labels of processed foods I do look at fat calories but first I read what fats are there and what else is actually in it. Do I recognize the ingredients as food? Oils are a huge red flag for me. Our bodies do not digest cooked oils and practically all processed foods have been cooked or pasteurized. The only digestible fats are raw plant based fats. If you see cold or expeller pressed oils on a label of a processed food ask yourself this: is this food cooked? If so what good is a cold pressed oil? It has been heated now right? Heated oils are rancid and poisonous to the body. I will occasionally eat a food with a small amount of oil in it, like certain marinaras. But I try to always eat them with plenty of vegetables.
The body needs fat but the only fats we really assimilate for lubrication of joints, eyes etc are raw plant based fats like avocado or cold pressed olive or coconut oil. Raw nuts and seeds are also digestible fats but they are so dense and dry that they are dehydrating and difficult to digest so their benefits are negligible in an acidic compromised system. They can also be damaging if too many are eaten at a time. All other fats are stored in the body as fat.
Also in the ingredients list on labels I look for grains. Wheat flour, rice or rice flour, soy or soy flour are gluey and pasty. They are also so dry that they need a lot of energy to digest. They have a stimulating effect because they convert to sugar in the bloodstream. Athletes carb up and get temporary energy but at what cost. Foods that are carb and nutrient rich and still easy to digest are sweet potatoes and other root vegetables.
I also look for dairy products. Cow dairy is extremely indigestible for humans and it is sticky and gluey. You might have trouble wrapping your mind around this but cream and butter are easier to digest than milk, cheese or even yogurt. Cream and butter don’t contain the protein casein which is the indigestible protein in cows milk.
Greasy foods like cooked oils and fatty meats leave residue. Sticky pasty gluey foods like flour and dairy products leave residue. These residues can remain and build up in the tissues our entire lifetime. If we eat these foods we need to eat them with intelligence knowing that we need to help the digestion along with plenty of raw roughage like fresh green salads that will help shepherd the dehydrated and dehydrating foods through our long alimentary tract while basically rinsing and scrubbing at the same time. Then before we eat anything else sticky or gluey we need to drink plenty of fresh pressed green juice that will help rinse out the alimentary tract and flood the body with enough alkalinity to counter balance the acidity of these questionable foods.
Think about it
Foods that move through the body quickly and cleanly and are water-rich and nutrient-filled are the foods that contribute to abundant health and energy.
The best foods for our bodies don’t even have labels or lists of ingredients. You’ll find them in the produce department.
